| Job Specification | b) Person SpecificationFor appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: - i. A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience, four (4) years of which should have in a management role. ii. Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution iii. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following Engineering fields: - Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics, Agricultural, Mining Engineering, Energy/Geothermal/ Drilling Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. iv. Management course lasting not more than four (4) weeks. v. Registered Professional by Engineers Board of Kenya/ Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board or equivalent vi.
