a) Job Specification Duties
and Responsibilities will entail: -
i.
Coordinating the preparation and implementation
of terms of reference for outsourced services.
ii.
Overseeing identification of the Company’s needs
for equipment, security, and cleanliness
iii.
Management and coordination of Office
Administrators (Secretarial)
iv.
Ensuring efficient provision of transport,
security, and cleaning services in the Company
v.
Safeguarding the company’s assets including
office premises, vehicle, office equipment and furniture through maintaining
accurate and up to date records.
vi.
Verifying assets for requisition, repair,
maintenance, and disposal.
vii.
Forecasting administrative staff needs for the
Section.
viii.
Guiding in the development and monitoring of the
departmental budget.
ix.
Ensuring prompt payment of administrative
expenses; and
x.
Coordinating the preparation of periodic progress
reports. b) Person
Specifications For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
i. Cumulative
service period of twelve (12) year’ work experience, three (3) of which should
be in the Grade of a Principal Administration Officer or in a comparable
position.
ii. Bachelor’s
Degree in any of the following disciplines: Public/Business, Administration,
Sociology, or any other relevant equivalent qualifications from a recognized
Institution
iii. Master’s
Degree in any of the following disciplines: Public/Business Administration,
Sociology, or any other relevant equivalent qualifications from a recognized
Institution.
iv. Membership
of a relevant professional body where applicable.
v. Leadership
Course not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
vi. Valid
practicing license where applicable;
vii. Proficiency
in Computer applications and;
viii. Shown
merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Additional Requirements: Successful candidates will be expected
to present the following in line with Chapter Six of the Constitution:
i.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from
the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) ii.
Clearance Certificate from the Higher
Education Loans Board (HELB) iii.
Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya
Revenue Authority (KRA) iv.
Clearance from Ethics and
Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
v.
A Clearance Certificate from an
